Become the beautiful Greek goddess that could only be told through myths with this visually admirable Greek goddess costume! The costume is a standard size and fits most adults. It is made from white velvet fabric with a purple velvet cape attached to small cuffs. Finished with small Greek designs, this is one of the best Greek goddess costumes out there!
During the ancient Greek times many people believed in powerful gods that controlled the elements of the earth. The gods shared many human traits and emotions, although most were uncommonly beautiful, strong and powerful.

Dracula

In 1987 I costumed the classic stage version of Dracula for the Morgan-Wixson Theatre in Santa Monica. Here are Dracula and an already bitten Mina. The story takes place in the early 1930s; the actress was actually a professional model, and she makes the dress look really good, I think. I found the perfect purple cobweb net to put over the purple charmeuse, and dyed the cut velvet shoulder drapes to match. I loved that dress!!! Over time the net stretched while the dress was on a hanger, and had to be re-hemmed several times, then shrunk when the dress was cleaned.

But it is forever perfect in this picture!!

Last weekend shoot was with lovely Annette, who brought from the UK her sunny disponition and a huge, huge, stack of tulle.

Strobist/Lampista: two light setup. Key light was a Nikon sb25 at 1/4 power shot through an umbrella high camera left, side light was a Vivitar at 1/4 power also shot throught a white umbrella but with a purple gel on it; the Vivitar was high right, behind her and aimed towards the velvet curtains.
